I started this thread to see what folks are drinking. What's in your glass today? How do you like it? What are you having with it?

For me, today is Gabbiano Pinot Grigio, with a seafood risotto. Marvelous, not too fruity, not too dry.

How about the rest of you?

Today was a beer day for me, but yesterday I had a couple glasses of the Salmon Run Coho Red from Dr. Konstantine Frank. It's a great everyday table wine, but not sure what the blend is. Great berry flavors, no oak.

Peachy Canyon Zinfandel, with roast lamb (Greek style, with horitiki, rice, faoulia... the whole bit).

Yummm...

What wine are you drinking today?

Peachy Canyon! That's a great place. I have a lot of family there in Paso Robles and frequently go to this place. Sounds liek an awesome pairing!

Enjoyed a glass of chilled 2008 Dry Riesling from Billsboro Winery. Nice, very dry, floral and fruity.

I might need to try that, or at least some of W00t Cellars' wines. Nice post/review.

Went out for dessert last night, and had a nice pice of chocolate truffle torte. Paired it with a glass of Ravenswood Red Zinfandel. It was a heavenly combination.

Last night I had an amazing pairing of Rack of Lamb and Irish vineyards Kilkenny Red. This pairing was a match made in heaven!!! The red had a beautiful sweet, fruit flavor with enough tannin to cut through the lamb. The wine and lamb continuously played off of each other. It was smply amazing and I hope to have it again soon!

Haven't had any wine lately, mostly beer or liquor. Hoping to open a nice Zin tonight. I have some bottles that are ready to be drank. We had opened a bottle a little while ago and it was already going downhill. Still have to post my review.

Had some good wines last night from Cosentino winery. The Cab and the Cigarzin are both great and paired well with my Mi Barrio.

Had a little DogFishHead 90 Imperial IPA last night. It's not vino, but it was tasty. Hoping to crack open a good bottle of bubbly with the wifey tonight!

The wife and I enjoyed a great bottle of bubbly this weekend. The Crémant Toques & Clochers from Toques & Clochers. IT was pretty darn good. Check out my review! If you live near a BevMo, get this on the 5 cent sale!

Enjoyed a great '04 Zin from Peju (located in Napa) last night. It was awesome! My wife normally has a glass, maybe two, of wine. With this she couldn't resist a few.

Over tha past week I've been enjoying some of the wine from Mike's (akira) wedding. It was made a bottled by the people who own the venue. It's really good stuff.
